Who we are

Dieuwke and Debbie are experienced GPs who have worked in various medical practices over the years. We have noticed that GP care, or primary medical care, is under pressure. Consultation hours are full, time is limited and there is little direct contact with the doctor. We want to approach this differently in our new practice, ‘De Leidse Huisdokters’.

In our practice, patients have direct contact with their GP. We are able to answer many questions via online or by telephone. This saves valuable time for the patient and us. Of course, you can always schedule an in-person appointment at the practice or we can even come to your home if necessary.

We take a personal approach to work and a genuine interest in our patients, and we offer accessible, high-quality care. We also prioritize attention to preventive care and patient lifestyle. Because this is a new practice without an existing patient base, we have the time to get to know our registered patients better.

A new start, a new adventure. We will do our very best to make our practice in beautiful Leiden a great success. If you encounter any issues or have tips for improving our care, we would like to hear from you!
